Fujairah Cement Industries PJSC FZE (Ready Mix) is a subsidiary of Fujairah Cement Industries PJSC which was established as a limited liability company in the Emirates of Fujairah, on 20th December 1979, with the paid-up capital of AED555 million - according to the Govt. of Fujairah Decree No: 3/79 issued by His Highness Sheikh Hamad Bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, the Member Supreme Council of UAE and the Ruler of Fujairah. His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Hamad Bin Saif Al Sharqi is the Chairman of the company and Eng. Saeed Ahmed Ghareib AlSereidi is General Manager. FCI is a consortium of the Govt. of Fujairah, Govt. of Abu Dhabi, Islamic Development Bank, and shareholders from UAE as well as other GCC countries.   Fujairah Cement Industries has operated for over 40 years as a market leader in UAE’s cement market and developed itself as an integral part of the construction industry in the Eastern Region of UAE and in the Gulf Region as a whole.
